Register for EPF e-Passbook Online
All the Employee's Provident Fund Organization EPFO subscribers can now acquire their e-Passbook by completing EPFO India Members Online Registration. There are more than 5 crores of subscribers who are eligible to get their retirement funds through EPFO. At the side, one should update their accounts through Online at http://members.epfoservices.in. This service of getting EPFO Account Statement Online is started from July 25, 2012 and was officially notified by R.C. Mishra (Central Provident Fund Commissioner). To use this facility, all the active members have to be compelled to register with EPFO India Online Portal at members.epfoservices.in by entering his/her account details. The ease of getting EPFO e-Passbook Online from members.epfoservices.in are going to be offered to the subscribers who are active to EPFO and it would not for those whose accounts are inactive, settled or with negative account balance. After issuing the EPFO e-Passbook the following details are mentioned on the overleaf like Name, Date of Birth (DOB) and Account Number. Yet now this service is limited but within couple of months the Online Settlements will also be done through members.epfoservices.in that reduces the time. Also please not that, subscribers had already applied for withdrawals have to submit their application manually. This EPFO Members Online Registration has huge database where at present all the regional Offices are maintaining their database individually. The works of the EPFO Portal includes Funds Transfer, PF Settlements including Withdrawals in order to improve work efficiency.

Download EPF ePassbook Online
Please follow the steps mentioned below to get EPF ePassbook from members.epfoservices.in.- Subscriber must logon to http://members.epfoservices.in.
- Then find “Click here for Registration” to fill the details.
- Now enter the details correctly then hit “Get PIN”. Now you will get Authorization PIN Number and enter the same in the field allotted by agreeing the Conditions.
- In this step you will get confirmation that you register successfully with EPFO Portal to download EPFO ePassbook Online.
- Now move on to EPFO Home Page again to Logon to Members Portal.
- Here you can see your Name with several tabbed options. Select the appropriate action you desired.

DeleteI register and entered the required document on 23 Nov 12 but still not getting the Authorization pin for e-Passbook..
ReplyDeleteIf you are unable to get the epf e passbook, then apply for it by selecting “Send Request to get your e-Passbooks” from members portal. Your status will be updated in 3 working days. Hope it works.

After 25 days of submitting request for e-passbook, I got a SMS saying "Your E Passbook as per your request has been made available on the Member Portal. Please login to download the passbook". But when I tried downloading, it still says the request is in process.

ReplyDeleteMy passbook was not availabe, I requested it and i receive sms that my passbook is now made available, but when i login it still says the my passbook is not available and i have to reqeust it. Whom to report this, there is no one listening, no customer care no email.

But it has been over 10 days now and I am yet to receive PIN to view my ePassbook. It says that my request is pending. Moreover, I tried to reach the Apellate Officer but the phone keeps on ringing and no one is answering. What should I do now?
