Andhra Pradesh has introduced Cashless Health Scheme in the place of Medical Reimbursement by JAC-AP on 23.01.2011. In the primary stage it was only limited to 4 Districts in the name of Pilot Scheme. With the success of Pilot Scheme, all the Teachers, Employees, Pensioners are here by requested to enroll themselves by means of Health Card Application.

Our Honorable Chief Minister has introduced this AP Employees and Pensioners Health Care Fund. With this Scheme more than 13.78 Lakhs of Employees and Pensioners will get benefited. In order to join in this Heath Care Scheme, gazetted officer (Pensioners) and N.G.O’s have to pay Rs.120 and Rs.90 respectively will be deducted from their Salaries every month. If both Husband and Wife are employees, it was enough to pay premium by any one of them.

There are 350 Hospitals under Aarogya Sri Health Care Trust and will be given free treatment for 942 diseases in category of In-Patient or Out-Patient. Government will bear the total amount for Rs.3 Lakh for the medical treatment of Employee and Pensioners Family. The eligible candidate’s health cards will be supplied by Treasury (treasury.ap.gov.in). For this candidates have to enroll their details at www.treasury.ap.gov.in).

How to fill treasury.ap.gov.in Health Card Application Details

• First and Primary step to do was Logon to treasury.ap.gov.in and enter the Treasury ID
• After entering the ID you will get your Name
• Select your Own Password Now and Reenter the same password again for Cross check
• Now here enter the DDO Code to get Login to your Account.

Note: If he/she already registered with Treasury just enter the previous Password after giving Treasury ID. If you forgot your Password Please do contact STO.

While filling the Treasury.ap.gov.in Health Card Application Form 2, please note that Size of Passport photo should not exceed 100Kb and should be in JPG, JPEG, and PNG Only. After filling all the details of Treasury.ap.gov.in Health Card Application for AP Employees & Pensioners submit to DDO and Print the Form. Give this Printed form to DDO.
