Government of Andhra Pradesh Social Welfare Department issued date for ePass Fresh Application Registration 2011-12. ePass Online fresh registrations for scholarships for the students who are currently pursuing in various courses 2011-12 will commence from 02-11-2011 to 15-12-2011. Scholarship form should be submitted through online only and the candidate has to enter his/her SSC Hall ticket number and the server itself fetches all the records. All the candidate are requested to apply online for fresh scholarships on the e-pass website at http://epass.cgg.gov.in or http://epassrenew.cgg.gov.in/freshregister.do
Eligibility to apply for scholarship was for SC / ST with family income of less than Rs.2.00 lakh per annum & BC / EBC / DW / MW with family income of less than Rs.1.00 lakh per annum. Proceed for filling ePass Fresh Application Registration 2011-2012 by entering the SSC ID & year of passing. Students must have Bank account before filling ePass Fresh Application Form 2011-2012

- Board of Intermediate Hall Ticket number where applicable.
- CET (Common Entrance Test) number in case of professional courses.
- Caste Certificate.
- Income Certificate
- Caste Certificate.
- Income Certificate
- Latest photograph.
- First page of his/her pass book showing name, account number & IFSC Code
- Allotment order of CET/ M Tech/ ME/ M Pharmacy/ M Arch/ M Phil/ Ph.D etc

ReplyDeleteBank Details section has automatically disappeared when select the cast category as 'EBC(Listed) or EBC(Others). This cause, students might submit their fresh application details without provide the bank details. This would be a problem to all students who are submitted the details without enter the bank details. Be careful...

After that I have opened my print application form and found I have wrongly entered my family annual Income as 3600.
And for the following columns it's not showing any values.
20. Bank Name / IFSC Code: /
21. Bank A/c No :
I have opened my print acknowledgement in that my bank details are showing as follows.
Name of the Bank null
Bank A/C No
Please let me know why my bank details are showing as NULL.
Is it any issue with that (or) as per the process will it show like that.
If it's an issue please help me to how to edit it.
Please help me to how to edit my family annual income.
I so much scared about my scholarship.Whether will I get it or not.

epass service providers mentioned the 3 contact numbers . but they are not responding to at least one contact number. they are not accepting the calls from clients. then what is the use of giving those contact numbers?????????

ReplyDeleteMy name is sowmya.i, got m.tech seat through pgecet 2012, eligible for fee reimbursement (ebc). I have to apply online through epass for it. MRO issued me income certificate but not through meeseva. I belong to urban area and the meeseva members told that they issue certificates only for rural areas. Is income certificate issued by MRO (not through meeseva) is sufficient for me for applying epass scholarship?
