Electronic Payment & Application System of Scholarships Fresh Scholarship Date was not yet announced. We are expecting that this will happen soon, there in next minute we will update the info with exact date of filling ePass Application form. Procedure to Fill Online ePass 2012 - 2013 Fresh Application Form...
Before getting to fill, Please be clear to get Latest Income Certificate for Fee Reimbursement from the MeeSeva Center. Normally issued Income certificate will not be taken into effect. Already filled applicants have to wait some more time to edit the ePass Application Form. Here is the complete process involved in the submission of the form by the candidate.
ePass Scholarship Status 2012- First need to open Electronic Payment & Application System of Scholarships Website @ http://epass.cgg.gov.in/
- Here you will have a notification with "Fresh Application Registration (2012-13)"
- Now in this web page you will find "Application Form" and "Scanned Certificates Upload".
- First and foremost step to do is register the candidate's necessary details using the first Tab.
- Then get all the required certificates scanned like Latest Income Certificate from MeeSeva and upload the same via "Scanned Certificates Upload" using ePass Fresh Registration ID and SSC details.
- Now take the Printout and Preserve it for future use.
All the applicants who had submitted their ePass Fresh/Renewal Applicaiton forms through epass.cgg.gov.in can check their ePass Application Status 2012 through dedicated webpage at http://epasswebsite.cgg.gov.in/applicationStatus.do. Just enter the required details and take the printed form which contains the current status of your scholarship application form.

- My SSC Details are not found - Please consult your nearest Social Welfare Department and ask them to enter the SSC details manually.
- I didn't get my Photo in Printout - Please change the browser and try again. If not wait until edit option is enable.
- When ePass Fresh Application Edit enabled - This will take some time. Soon after the completion of normal process, they will announce to edit the submitted forms.
- What is the Last date for ePass Scholarship Submission - Date was extended to December 15, 2012. Please fill on or before the time to avoid rush on the server.

i have regestered with all required details and i got the user ID and Password application no also .. later i'm trying to upload my scanned copies of caste income, passbook,allotment to the site it showing a notice like " please add the http://epassrenew.cgg.gov.in to the trusted sites from your browser settings" i'd added it to my browser and checked every time but my documents did't got uploaded. the notice repeats i'd tried more than 10 times whats the problem ... please give me a suggestion what to do on this.....pls

Sir, we belongs to OC we don't have ration card, we have taken Caste certificate from MRO office, but we did not taken EBC certificate. EBC certificate is essential or Caste certificate enough, without ration card shall we get reimbursement, please inform as soon as possible
