TNPSC - Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission Combined Subordinate Services Examination Result at tnpsc.gov.in Soon. Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission successfully conducted Group II CSSE 1 Examination on 30th August 2011. Over 20,688 candidates in Krishnagiri and Dharmapuri districts, 24,566 candidates in Madurai district and 36,000 candidates in Cuddalore and Villupuram districts appeared for Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission's Group II examination held on Saturday.

This exam was conducted to fill the vacancies on Assistant Commercial Tax Officer, Commissioners for Municipalities, Assistant Inspector of Factories, Assistant Employment Officer etc..,This written exam TNPSC Group 2 CSSE 1 was conducted to fill up 6695 vacancies in various government departments. Actually this was a Supplement Notification in support with Advertisement No.258. As previously announced the last date for filling online application continued to 21.06.2011.

TNPSC Group 2 Selection Procedure 2011...

The selection of candidates for appointment to the posts mentioned will be made in two successive stages (i) Written Exam and (ii) Oral Test like an Interview & then Final selection will be made according to the total marks obtained by the candidates at the Written Exam & Oral Test taken together and the post option exercised by the candidates and following the rule of reservation of appointments separately for each post and unit. Candidate's appearance in the Written Examination and for Oral Test is compulsory.

Two separate Rank Lists will be prepared for Interview posts mentioned and Non Interview posts. The candidates who are to be considered only for non-interview post, will be summoned for certificate verification after the conduct of oral test.
