Initially i would like to tell my age , i mean how old im in the sense of knowledge on global politics and governments.Just 38 months....in this span of observation i come to know what are "POLIT(ri)CkS". So i wanna express my version of thoughts and so i choose this particular topic "Theme of Promising India".when coming to this i have 4 concepts with me.

• Present condition of govt in india
• Is democracy needed here after
• India a republic
• Structure of republic india

Now lets move to the first one:

• You know the govt in india is democracy - 4 the people , by the people,to the people - but where is this? 4m 15th - aug- 1947 we have seen many pm's,presidents,leaders,political parties,since 63 yrs of Indian democracy we have seen that every leader fighting 4 pride, popularity & property ,as a result rich are becoming richer poor are becoming poorer , the difference b\w haves and have nots is incredibly increasing , there are millionaires like mittal & poor people even cannot fill their belly once in a day.....this is not the right way to approach development . so "there i a need to change the way we lead our lives....there is a need to change in the system....."

A Genuine Example to Support this Statement :

Suppose "U" r suffering frm a rare "DISEASE" , there r only "2-DOCTORS" in ur town,and u hav been taking treatment frm "DOC-A" for the past 1 yr , and "YET" u r not cured , now in this situation of ur health will u give up Ur lives or will u approach to other "DOC-B"......? what will u do as a human......?Definitely u consult 'DOC-B"........in the same way our country "INDIA" is suffering from the disease "development" n there r 2 doctors viz 'DEMOCRACY : REPUBLIC" , we have been democratic since 63 yrs but not yet "DEVELOPED" , now the situation is ....to continue the same by giving up our lives or to go 4 REPUBLIC....!!!!!

INDIA - REPUBLIC:

It sounds well but it is not as easy as it sounds...it should be united republic no political parties.....all together..this unity comes when there are no internal conflicts b/w the states.so, to achieve this the conflicts must be resolved..and get every 1 on to single runway...then only this united republic is possible...

Fine united republic is well.....now see what is gonna be the theme of united republic....

• Here the major figures figures who has the direct power to rule are the President, the Governor, the Collector.Only these three leaders have the power to take decision in every aspect which are under government.

The president and governer must be above 50 yrs & below 65 yrs and must be an retired or in the peak stage of service as an IAS , why coz an IAS official who crossed 50 or so can be able to judge between good n bad very effectively n +vly coz he would come across evry smooth n hard surfaces of life. Why im saying this coz the hugest designation in our democratic Indian govt is IAS......such an IAS officer who is intellectual , sincere,..is unable to succeed in this worst politics....but a film star can do this.This trend has become a fashion, passion in these days..in order to protect their wealth and to expose them directly to the people in masked angle this is the best opportunity to those candidates...more over its not possible for evry film star to succeed in politics.so  seeing their co stars who who became legends in politics , some of the personalities also knowingly or unknowingly entered in to politics....they people will be alright but we the citizens has to suffer by electing those worthless candidates.This must not be the case...

"If u are intellectual,talented,punctual,top class graduate only take the government in to the hands ..otherwise do the work which suits your designation" this must be the slogan and to be written on evry govt office boards.

• The systems which must be under govt control are education,judiciary,police,military,mineral resources,R & B,income tax..Other than these no other system must be in the hands of govt ..they must be left to corporate organizations.

ELECTION PROCEDURE

            PRESIDENT-->GOVERNER-->COLLECTOR
   
Only the president is elected by people , and the contestants are only the state governors(31),among the 31 only the race is....(more over there is no place for any political party....the election canvas must be official).The president then elects his state representatives (governors) from the set of district collectors . These collectors are normally appointed asusual through the process of clivils...4 evry 4 yrs the entire crew changes...this simple procedure reduces the economy  spent on elections, more over the money can be used in +ve way(this is highly impossible..........).

By observing the elections in Britain , USA, India I got an idea on this issue and I presented my version of theme on government....this is not to imitate or criticize any existing politician or politics.
